"State Farm underwriters canceled my auto policy without informing me. I was driving without insurance for 6 weeks without any knowledge of the policy being canceled. My agent Leslie Estrada knew that it was canceled and failed to inform me. The reason they canceled it was that I didn’t respond to some questions about a previous claim but I provided a copy of an email answering their questions. So then the excuse was that I had not paid the insurance premium. The premium is on autopay. Why did they not charge me? Sounds like shady business practice to me. Incompetence in the agent and the back office staff."
