"Honestly, I will never renew my auto policy with them again. It’s been over a week of trying to reach someone multiple calls, voicemails left and not a single response. No one answers, and no one bothers to call back. That level of service is completely unacceptable. What’s even more frustrating is that I originally reached out to get a home insurance quote, but after this experience, there’s no way I’m trusting them with any more of my business. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere to an agency that actually values its customers and knows how to respond."
